Development Update on 2 BPO Towers in IBP

As the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry expands in Iloilo City, Megaworld's lifestyle township in Western Visayas, the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao District is establishing its grand vision of building 10 BPO office towers in the next 10 years that will create 30,000 jobs for BPO workforce and professionals.

Presently, there are 5 BPO office towers that are already functional such as Richmonde Tower, One Global Center, Two Global Center, One Techno Place and Three Techno Place. These state-of-the-art BPO buildings are home to multinational BPO companies that provides competitive jobs to Ilonggos and neighboring provinces in the region. Some of these BPO companies include Transcom Asia, StarTek, Nearsol Philippines, Reed Elsevier, IQor, WNS and others.

Ongoing construction for Two Techno Place as of January 2018

This year, the expansion of the township's IT-BPO Cyberbark, the biggest so far in the region in terms of land area inside the township, number of BPO companies and number of jobs provided for BPO workers, will be expecting two more BPO office towers set to be completed later this year.
The first one is the Two Techno Place located between One Techno Place and Three Techno Place, and just across the Iloilo Convention Center. Construction of this BPO tower is underway and will soon open before the end of the year.

Construction update for Festive Walk Parade Phase 2

The next BPO tower is located on top of the Festive Walk Parade Phase 2 building, where more call center and BPO companies are expected to make it their operation site. Construction for the Festive Walk Parade Phase 2 is ongoing. On the ground level of the building, more restaurants, boutiques and retails shops will open in the near future.
